This driver controls the TiVo Series 3 High Definition Personal Video Recorder.

Interfacing your Tivo to RTI couldn’t be easier. The driver features commands not found on the supplied remote such as putting TiVo into standby, directly accessing the Now Playing menu and jumping directly to your favourite channel.

2-way feedback is provided via variables with the ability to reverse a channel icon based on what channel is currently playing, as well as the ability to see when the TiVo is recording on a touch panel and creating text boxes that display the name of the channel currently playing.

But the best part of it all... no ugly IR emitter stuck to the front of your TiVo! Control is handled over ethernet.

This driver controls the WGLDesigns Rain8net irrigation system via RS232.

Who said RTI were just an A/V control company? With the latest driver from My Device the garden hose has been replaced by your trusty T3-V.

The Rain8net is an automation friendly irrigation control system that allows the XP-8 to control all of your garden’s irrigation sprinklers. Three Rain8net modules can be daisy chained together and connected via RS232 to the XP-8 for a total of 24 zones. Feed back as to what zones are running can be easily created in button states and in text via a string index.

This driver controls the Digital View DVH-505 via RS232.

Possibly the most integration friendly set top box ever, the DVH-505 provides you with more feed back than you ever thought possible, even we were surprised!

2-way feedback is provided via variables with the ability to show a staggering amount of info as to what’s going on. Some of the highlights include:

• Channel name

• Name of program playing

• Name of next program playing

• Reverse the state of the icon for current channel

• Internal temperature of the set top box

• Information on the quality of the digital feed

Any one who’s installed a set top box before knows they can be prone to over heating, our driver gives you the ability to create an event based on the internal temperature of the box. Once the box reaches a certain temperature it will trigger an event within the XP-8. You can use this event to run a system macro to turn on a cooling fan or run a page flip on a touch panel to warn the end user.
